Delete your InningPro account
You can request deletion of your account at any time. We process the request within a maximum of 30 days.

What we delete
- Your email, password and unique account identifier (UID).
- Your date of birth, gender, profile photo and biography.
- Your preferences (language, theme, units system).
- Your notification tokens and linked devices.
- Your favorite teams and tournaments.
- Parental consent data, if applicable.
- Communications with support.
What we retain as historical sport record
Game statistics, scored plays, lineups, substitutions and results in which you participated form part of the team's and tournament's sport record. They remain as legitimate sport history even after deletion of your account, as you accepted upon registration. Your name is replaced by a sport identifier not linkable to your personal identity, except in tournaments with official registration where your full name is kept as part of the event's sport book.
If you have an active Manager Pro or Organizer V1 subscription, you must cancel it previously from App Store or Google Play before proceeding with deletion.
From the app
Open InningPro → Profile → Settings → Delete Account. The app will automatically prepare an email to our legal team with your request.
By email
Email us at inningpro-legal@ronvillaquin.com from the email associated with your account stating: full name, account email and reason (optional). We will confirm the deletion within 30 days.
Response time
We acknowledge receipt within 72 business hours and process the deletion within 30 days.
